This plan suits to the ECO Benders of class 25 or large for the replacement by DDV hydraulic servo pump.
- Thanks to minimized rise of the hydraulic temperature by DDV, machining stability is increased comparing to that with servo valve.
- Electricity consumption is reduced less than a half of that with pro-renewal machine. (Down-sizing of original hydraulic pump is needed.)
- Simplified hydraulic circuitry reduces troubles with oil-leakage for smaller maintenance cost at the end.
- Thanks to down-sizing of original hydraulic pump, operation noise and fluid requirement eventually go lower.
