There are numerous industrial products made from metal tubes—such as automotive parts like brake tubes, air-conditioning tubes, seat structure components, fuel tubes, muffler tubes; aircraft and rocket engine tubes; tubing for home appliances like air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters; as well as furniture structures like chairs, tables, and architectural materials. CNC tube benders perform the bending of these tubes.

SW Series
Achieved single-chuck processing even for products that would cause interference if only right or only left bending were used.
Only the SW series can process 3D bending products with symmetrical shapes.
The newly developed vertical-bending SWV series has also debuted. It allows for up to four types of dies to be set at both ends of the bending unit, developed with a concept designed for the shop floor to reduce die changeover to half or less. In addition to switching bending directions, it offers low interference in overhead space and reduced setup time.
The H-type is fully NC-controlled, environmentally friendly, compact, and meets the needs of the current generation of tube processing equipment.

B Type
Excels at bending when the bend radius is 1.5 times or more the tube diameter.
U Type
Capable of processing thin-walled tubes with ultra-small bend radii (0.7–1.5 times the tube diameter).
Mainly used for fine tubes and processing with ultra-small bend radii, such as automotive air-conditioning.
Mainly used for 180-degree U-shaped bending, such as for heat exchangers.
