By equipping industrial robots (6-axis, 3-axis) with bending heads and acceleration gears, we achieved low-cost production via labor-saving, automated systems that minimize human intervention. This demonstrates its value in production environments where a decline in the labor force is unavoidable.

T-WIN Type Robot Bender Series

Excelling in high-volume production of tubestubes of identical shapes.

When combined with a multi-stage work feeder, it supports small-lot, multi-variety production and unit-based production. The bending head moves to each point while the workpiece is fixed, enabling high-speed, high-precision bending of complex shapes without shaking the workpiece.

Has been adopted across a broad range of industries, including automotive brake tubingpiping, air-conditioning tubingpiping, hybrid vehicle cable routing, various heat exchanger tubing, and office furniture.

GW Type Robot Bender Series

The bending head is set as an independent unit on the floor, while the robot moves the workpiece to perform “feeding” and “twisting” actions.

Supports thick-walled tubes of φ25.4 mm and above, which were previously beyond the limits of conventional robot benders. The SW type (left-right bending type), with a newly developed vertical bending method, can process complex 3D shapes with a single program.

The robot arm can move freely in space, enabling bending of workpieces with branch tubestubes welded in advance.
